Frauenstimmen is the only festival in German-speaking Switzerland, focusing exclusively on female artists and combing music, literature, dance, theatre and performance arts. Year after year, with a lot of passion, work and commitment, the organisers and artists are able to present a festival both important and unique for Switzerland.

2019 marks the tenth anniversary of the festival and its line-up will include renowned female artists, newcomers as well as international headliners.

Open, versatile, stimulating, surprising, controversial, exciting, creative, innovative, daring, humorous, entertaining: that’s how the festival has been described. Diversity and equality are two values the festival’s founded on.

For this anniversary edition, the festival is looking forward to welcoming artists like KT Gorique as well as the award-winning dance production Compagnie Cubique.

The event will take place from June, 27 to June, 30 2019 in Brig.

Frauenstimmen ist in der deutschsprachigen Schweiz das einzige Festival, das ausschliesslich Frauen auf und hinter der Bühne eine Plattform bietet und Musik, Literatur, Tanz , Theater und Performancekunst verbindet. Mit viel Herzblut, Arbeit und Engagement seitens Organisatorinnen und Künstlerinnen gelingt es Jahr für Jahr, ein für die Schweiz wichtiges und einzigartiges Festival zu präsentieren.

2019 jährt sich Frauenstimmen zum zehnten Mal und bietet renommierten Künstlerinnen und jungen Talenten eine Bühne, ladet aber auch – wie immer – Gäste mit internationaler Ausstrahlung nach Brig ein.

Offen für alle, vielseitig, anregend, überraschend, kontrovers, spannend, kreativ, innovativ, gewagt, humorvoll, unterhaltend und mit Qualität: so sollen Frauenstimmen eine Bühne haben. Diversität und Gleichstellung liegt dem Festival am Herzen.

Für die Jubiläumsausgabe freut sich das Festival Künstlerinnen wie KT Gorique und die preisgekrönte Tanzproduktion von der Compagnie Cubique nach Brig zu holen.

Der Anlass findet vom 27. bis 30. Juni 2019 in Brig statt.

Frauenstimmen est le seul festival en Suisse alémanique offrant une plate-forme  réservée aux exclusivement femmes dans les domaines de la musique, littérature, danse, théâtre et performance. Ce festival important et unique pour la Suisse, revient tous les ans grâce à la passion, au travail et à l’engagement des organisateurs et des artistes.

2019 marque le dixième édition du festival et vous proposerades artistes renommés, des jeunes talents, mais aussi des têtes d’affiche d’envergure internationale.

Pour cette édition , le festival se réjouit d’accueillir à Brigue des artistes comme KT Gorique ou encore les danseurs de la Compagnie Cubique .

Frauenstimmen è l’unico festival della Svizzera tedesca riservato esclusivamente a musica,  letteratura,  danza,  teatro e  spettacolo al femminile. Questo importante appuntamento è reso possibile dalla passione e dall’impegno di organizzatrici ed  artiste.

Per la sua decima edizione il festival proporrà artiste conosciute, giovani talenti e  headliner internazionali.

Per questa edizione, il festival è lieto di accogliere a Briga artiste come KT Gorique e la Compagnie Cubique.
